If my website design customers only wish to use one social media platform then Facebook is still the one I’d advise most people to go with. Speaking with current clients the evidence seems to be that Facebook is still the most successful social media marketing tool.

Join as many Facebook community groups as possible and post often in them. Make yourself known, offer advice, answer questions. People do business with people they know.

People love sharing funny pictures, the picture itself won’t provide business, but people sharing it will make your business more known. Facebook is all about interaction.
Integrate Email Marketing
Do you have a newsletter? If not then start one now, and integrate the sign-up with your Facebook page.
Facebook Retargeting
Running an online shop? You can retarget customers (pay for service) who have previously visited specific pages after viewing your posts on Facebook. This can be done by installing the Facebook pixel on your website – https://en-gb.facebook.com/business/learn/facebook-ads-pixel.
